Llegué a esta práctica de tanto escuchar al cineasta y artista plástico David Lynch insistir en lo genial que era y en sus posibilidades infinitas para el bienestar individual y de la sociedad. Él, en vida, creó una fundación para llevar la meditación trascendental a todas las personas, lejos de hacerla parecer algo para iniciados o para cierta élite, sino una práctica que pudiera ser un hábito saludable y natural como cualquier otra cosa que hacemos a diario. Es un obsequio, no una imposición.

I came to this practice after hearing filmmaker and visual artist David Lynch insist, time and again, on how great it was and on its endless potential for individual and social well-being. During his life, he created a foundation to bring Transcendental Meditation to everyone — far from making it seem like something for initiates or a certain elite, but rather a practice that could become a healthy, natural habit like anything else we do every day. It's a gift, not an imposition.
